(1) After receiving a warrant from the custodian, the assistant custodian, wildlife guard or other employee of the reserve may arrest any person or search the property or vehicle of such person on charges of violating the law.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if any accused escapes, even without a warrant, the assistant conservator, ranger or wildlife guard up to the rank of Suvedar may arrest the accused or search his belongings or vehicle.
